1. Grill the Peaches
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Brush the cut sides with olive oil and place them on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and they are slightly tender. Remove from the grill and let cool.
2. Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the arugula, sliced grilled peaches, and diced tomato. Tear the burrata into pieces and add to the salad.
3. Add Walnuts and Dressing
Sprinkle the candied walnuts over the salad. Drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette to taste and gently toss to combine.
