Method

Prepare the Reef Sauce

  1. 1

    Mix the Sauce

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Cook the Bacon

  1. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

Form and Cook the Burger

  1. 3

    Shape the Patties

Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape them into patties. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 4

    Cook the Patties

In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Place a slice of aged cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Build the Burger

On the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun, spread a generous amount of reef sauce. Add the cooked burger patty with melted cheddar, then layer with crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, red onion rings, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve

  1. 6

    Enjoy

Serve the Prime Burger with a side of fries or mixed greens.
