- 1
Make the Brown Sugar Maple Aioli
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, brown sugar, maple syrup, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until smooth and set aside.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
- 3
Cook the Angus Beef Patty
In the same skillet, cook the Angus beef patty to your desired doneness, approximately 4-5 minutes on each side for medium. Add cheddar cheese on top during the last minute to melt.

Prepare the Avocado
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it into thin pieces.
- 6
Toast the Bolo Bread
Lightly toast the bolo bread or bun in the skillet until golden brown.

Assemble the Breakfast Burger
On the bottom half of the toasted bolo, spread a generous amount of the brown sugar maple aioli. Add the beef patty with melted cheddar, followed by the crispy bacon, avocado slices, and the over easy egg. Top with the other half of the bread.

Serve with Home Fries
Serve the breakfast burger with a side of home fries for a complete meal.
