Prepare Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and any preferred spices. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and blacken the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.

Assemble the Sandwich
Once the chicken is cooked, place a slice of Gruyere cheese on each chicken breast and cover for a minute to melt the cheese. Cut the croissants in half and spread Dijon mustard on the bottom half.

Layer Ingredients
On the croissant base, layer the blackened chicken, followed by the prosciutto and crispy bacon. Top with the other half of the croissant.

Serve immediately while warm, with additional Dijon mustard on the side if desired.
