SNACKS

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tuna Tartare

Start by finely dicing the Ahi tuna into small cubes. Place the diced tuna in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

Dice the avocado and add it to the bowl with the tuna.

  3. 3

In a separate small bowl, combine the soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  4. 4

Pour the sauce over the tuna and avocado mixture, and gently fold to combine, being careful not to mash the avocado.

  5. 5

    Add Pistachios and Truffle Oil

Add the chopped pistachios and the truffle oil to the mixture, folding gently to incorporate.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Squid Ink Crackers

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, squid ink, and salt. Gradually add water, stirring until a dough forms.

  7. 7

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.

  8. 8

Roll the dough thinly and cut into desired shapes for the crackers.

  9. 9

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the cut crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  10. 10

Bake the crackers for 10-12 minutes or until crisp and slightly golden.

  11. 11

    Serve the Tuna Tartare

Using a ring mold or a spoon, plate the tuna tartare mixture on a serving dish. Serve with the squid ink crackers on the side.
