Cook the Bucatini
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the Bucatini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Spinach
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients
Add the smoked sardine fillets and lemon juice to the skillet. Gently toss to coat the sardines with the sauce and heat through for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked Bucatini to the skillet, tossing gently to combine all ingredients. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.
