Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme. Whisk until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Cook the Sausages
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). In a large ovenproof dish, place the sausages and roast them in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until they start to brown.

Combine and Bake
Remove the dish from the oven and carefully pour the batter over the sausages. Return the dish to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the batter is puffed and golden brown.
