Prepare the Puff Pastry
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread Almond Butter
Spread the almond butter evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Add Toppings
Layer the Mediterranean artichokes, followed by dollops of pesto, gouda, and fontina cheese over the almond butter.

Assemble
Once the sausage is cooked, scatter it evenly over the cheese layer. Add fresh basil leaves and sprinkle with freshly flaked Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.

Prepare Honey Pesto Dressing
In a small bowl, mix together honey and a bit of pesto to create a dressing.

Once baked, remove from the oven and drizzle with the honey pesto dressing. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Slice and serve warm.
