Preparing the Espresso

Grind the Coffee

Using a coffee grinder, grind 30g of espresso coffee beans to a fine consistency.

In an espresso machine, use 240ml of water to brew the ground coffee. Make sure to extract the espresso for about 25-30 seconds.

Making the Irish Cream Mixture

Combine Ingredients

In a small mixing bowl, combine 60ml of Irish cream liqueur, 30ml of heavy cream, and 1 tsp of sugar. Whisk together until well blended.

Heat the Irish cream mixture in a saucepan over low heat until warm but not boiling. Stir gently to combine.
