Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and dry the lettuce. Slice the tomato into thick slices. Set aside.
- 2
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 3
Cook the Angus Beef Patty
Season the Angus beef patty with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, cook the patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- 4
Melt the Cheddar Cheese
During the last minute of cooking the beef patty, place the slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
Assembly
- 5
Assemble the Burger
Toast the brioche bun lightly on the skillet. On the bottom half of the bun, layer the lettuce, followed by the tomato slice, the cooked Angus beef patty with melted cheddar, and the crispy bacon. Top with the other half of the brioche bun.
