Preparing the Patty

Season the Beef
In a bowl, combine the Angus beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Form the Patty
Shape the seasoned beef into a 7oz patty, making a slight indentation in the center to help it cook evenly.
Cooking the Patty

Add Cheese
After flipping, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patty is cooked to your desired doneness.
Assembling the Burger

Prepare the Bun
While the patty is cooking, slice the brioche bun in half and toast it lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

Add Toppings
Spread the chipotle aioli on both halves of the toasted bun. Place the cooked patty with melted cheddar on the bottom half. Top with jalapenos and cherry peppers.

Complete the Burger
Cover with the top half of the bun and press down gently to secure the toppings.
