Method

Cooking the Patty

  1. 1

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Season the Patty

Lightly season the Angus beef patty with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patty

Place the patty on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium doneness, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

Preparing the Toppings

  1. 4

    Prepare the Lettuce

Wash and dry a leaf of lettuce. Set aside.

  2. 5

    Slice the Tomato

Wash and slice the tomato into thick slices.

  3. 6

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  4. 7

    Prepare the Cheddar

Have a slice of cheddar cheese ready to place on the patty.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 8

    Toast the Bun

Optional: Lightly toast the brioche bun on the grill or in a toaster for added texture.

  2. 9

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the brioche bun, layer the lettuce, followed by the cooked Angus beef patty, then place the cheddar cheese on top of the patty. Add the crispy bacon and top it off with the tomato slice. Finally, place the top half of the bun over the burger.
