BBQ Pulled Pork

Ped's Fries

Toppings

Method

BBQ Pulled Pork

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

In a slow cooker, place the pork shoulder, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Add enough BBQ sauce to coat the pork. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.

  2. 2

    Shred the Pork

Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Mix the shredded pork back into the remaining BBQ sauce in the cooker.

Ped's Fries

  1. 3

    Cook the Fries

Prepare the frozen French fries according to the package instructions, either by baking or frying until golden and crispy.

Toppings

  1. 4

    Scramble the Eggs

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them, and pour into the skillet. Cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Disco Fries

On a serving plate, arrange a layer of fries. Top with BBQ pulled pork, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced hot cherry peppers, and drizzle with house gravy. Finally, add the scrambled eggs on top and serve immediately.
