Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken tenders under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the chicken tenders with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Coat the Chicken
Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, ensuring it's fully coated. Finally, press the tender into the crushed cornflakes, ensuring an even coating.

Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
