Preparation of Chicken

Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Lettuce
While the chicken is grilling, rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped romaine in a large salad bowl.

Add the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl with the romaine lettuce.

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Combine Everything
Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad. Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
