Prepare French Toast
- 1
Mix the Egg Mixture
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.

Soak the Bread
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Let them soak for a few seconds.
- 3
Cook the French Toast
In a large skillet or griddle, melt the butter over medium heat. Place the soaked bread slices on the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Combine the Berries
In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Add the chopped mint leaves and Grand Marnier, tossing gently to combine.
