Aperol Spritz Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Start by selecting a large wine glass or a spritz glass. Fill it with ice cubes until it's about halfway full.

Add Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice cubes in the glass, allowing it to chill and mix with the ice.

Pour Prosecco
Carefully add 3 oz of Prosecco to the glass. Pour slowly to maintain the bubbles and carbonation.

Top with Soda Water
Finish off the drink by adding 1 oz of soda water. This will give your spritz a refreshing touch.
