Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

Season the Angus beef patty with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Place the seasoned patty in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is achieved.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking the patty, place the cheddar cheese slice on top and cover the skillet to help melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate pan, cook the apple smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger bun lightly. On the bottom half, layer the green leaf lettuce, followed by the tomato slices, the cooked patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and onion ring. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the vintage cheeseburger immediately with your favorite sides.
