Burger Preparation

1. Prepare the Beef Patty

Season the Certified Angus Beef Patty with salt and pepper on both sides. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Cook the Patty

Place the beef patty on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

3. Add the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Pepper Jack Cheese on top of the patty to melt.

4. Prepare the Short Rib

While the patty is cooking, heat the braised short rib in a small saucepan until warmed through.

5. Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the green leaf lettuce, followed by the beef patty with melted cheese, the warmed braised short rib, and the ripened tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
