Sliders

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Cook the frozen fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Tabasco Thousand Dressing

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Tabasco sauce together. Adjust the amount of Tabasco to taste.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with salt and pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties.

  4. 4

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover until melted.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Slice the Hawaiian sweet bread rolls in half. Spread the Tabasco Thousand dressing on the bottom half of each roll. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top, followed by a slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf. Cap with the top half of the roll.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the sliders warm alongside the crispy fries.
