Potstickers Preparation

Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.

Fill the Wrappers
Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold in half, and press to seal.

Cook the Potstickers
In a large skillet, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add potstickers and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Steam
Add a splash of water to the skillet, cover, and steam for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 2 minutes until crispy.

Prepare the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and sugar.

Combine
Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to combine. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
