Nachos Preparation

Make Homemade Chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut corn tortillas into triangles. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Prepare the Chicken
Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Shred the chicken and set aside.

Make Jalapeno Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and milk. Stir until smooth. Add shredded cheese and diced jalapenos. Cook until melted, stirring frequently. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Prepare Pico de Gallo
In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt to taste.

On a large platter, layer homemade chips, shredded chicken, jalapeno cheese sauce, and pico de gallo. Drizzle with sour cream and top with fresh cilantro.
