Method

Burger Assembly

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

Grill or pan-fry the Certified Angus Beef Patty over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

  2. 2

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place the Pepper Jack Cheese on top of the patty and cover it with a lid to melt the cheese.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Tabasco Thousand Spread

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Tabasco sauce until well combined.

  4. 4

    Fry the Pickles

Slice pickles, dip them in egg wash and breadcrumb mixture, then fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, spread a generous amount of the Tabasco Thousand Spread. Layer with the green leaf lettuce, grilled patty with melted cheese, ripened tomato slices, homemade fried pickles, and finish with the top half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burger with your choice of sides, such as fries or a salad.
