Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Squeeze out excess moisture and chop finely.

  2. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, drained artichoke hearts (chopped), cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  3. 3

    Top with Cheese

Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and additional parmesan cheese if desired.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Serving Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare Garlic Toast

While the dip is baking, slice the garlic bread and toast it in the oven or on a grill until golden and crispy.

  2. 6

    Serve

Once the dip is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips and garlic toast on the side.
