Combine Ingredients
In a blender, combine 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, and 6 oz of pineapple juice.

Add Ice
Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the blender with the other ingredients.

Blend Smooth
Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Pour and Garnish
Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.
