Burger Patty

Bun & Fries

Method

Prepare the Fries

  1. 1

    Fry the Frozen Fries

In a deep frying pan or fryer, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C). Once hot, add the frozen fries in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove them with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.

Prepare the Burger Patty

  1. 2

    Form the Patties

In a medium bowl, combine the ground brisket and ground steak. Season with salt and black pepper. Gently mix with your hands until just combined. Form into one large patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

  2. 3

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip it. Add the slice of cheese on top and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the burger reaches your desired doneness.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 4

    Prep the Bun and Toppings

While the burger is cooking, slice the brioche bun in half. Prepare the toppings by washing the lettuce leaf and slicing the tomato and red onion.

  2. 5

    Build the Burger

Once the burger is cooked, place the patty on the bottom half of the brioche bun. Layer the lettuce, tomato, and red onion on top. Place the top half of the bun over the toppings to complete the burger.
