Take the head of iceberg lettuce and cut it into quarters. Remove the core and rinse each wedge under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it into small pieces. Thinly slice the red onion. Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese.
