Prepare the Avocados
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out some flesh to create enough space for the stuffing. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with lime juice to prevent browning. Set aside.

Cook the Pork Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground pork, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the pork is browned and the onions are translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Remove from heat and fold in shredded jack and cheddar cheese. Let the mixture cool slightly.
