Chicken and Beer Cheese Preparation

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the Dos XX beer, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Make Beer Cheese
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Slowly add in 1 cup of Dos XX beer, stirring until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken and Bacon

Cook the Bacon
While the chicken is grilling, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Sautéing the Peppers

Sauté the Red Peppers
In the same skillet used for the bacon, add the red bell pepper, sliced. Sauté over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender.
