Make Earl Grey Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water, add a few Earl Grey tea bags, and simmer on low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Let it steep for 15 minutes and cool.

Prepare the Lime Slush
Blend lime juice with ice until slushy. Adjust consistency by adding more ice or a splash of tonic water.

Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Tanqueray gin, St Germain elderflower liqueur, and Earl Grey simple syrup. Shake well.

Assemble
In a glass, add the lime slush, pour the gin mixture over the slush, and top with tonic water. Stir gently.

Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge and a pinch of Earl Grey tea leaves for aroma.
