Buffalo Cauli Wings Directions
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Break the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
- 2
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
- 3
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated. Shake off any excess batter.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Place the coated florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- 5
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
In a separate bowl, mix the baked cauliflower with Frank's RedHot Sauce until evenly coated.
- 6
Make the Celery Slaw
Thinly slice the celery and mix it with the vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl. Toss to combine.
- 7
Serve
Serve the buffalo cauli wings hot with the celery slaw on the side.
