Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chopped chicken breast with salt and black pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2
Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, hot honey BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and crisp bacon bits. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 4
Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm, garnished with additional bacon bits or ranch dressing if desired.
