Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and toss to coat well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill or char-broiler to medium-high heat.

Grill the Chicken Tenders
Place the marinated chicken tenders on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown.

Serve
Remove the chicken tenders from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
