Preparation of Whole Milk

Soak Soybeans
Soak 1 cup of soybeans in water overnight.

Drain the soaked soybeans and blend them with 4 cups of fresh water until smooth.

Strain the blended mixture through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag into a container.

Add sweetener to taste and stir well.

Soak 1 cup of almonds in water for at least 12 hours.
