Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the pork ribs generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Place them on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.
- 2
Slow Cook the Ribs
Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Fry the Ribs
Cut the ribs into individual pieces. Fry the ribs in the hot oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 5
Add Sauce
Remove the ribs from the oil and toss them in barbecue sauce until well coated.
Serving
- 6
Plate the Dish
Serve the tender fried ribs with a side of coleslaw and pickles. Enjoy!
