Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, combine buttermilk with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Make the Biscuit Dough
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk and mix until just combined. Roll out and cut into biscuit shapes.

Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Dredge the marinated chicken in flour and fry for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Bake the Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the biscuit dough rounds on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in honey until well combined. Remove from heat.
