Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, and white vinegar. Toss to coat the wings evenly, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  2. 2

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  3. 3

    Prepare the Wings

Remove the wings from the refrigerator and drain any excess marinade. Pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Add Buffalo Sauce

Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce and celery sticks.
