Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the double smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Form the Patty

Shape the tri-cut ground beef into a patty, season with salt and pepper, and make a small indentation in the center.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger

In the same skillet, cook the beef patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium. Top with champagne cheddar cheese in the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Fry the Egg

In another pan, fry the egg sunny side up until the whites are set.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On a toasted bun, spread truffle mayo and mustard. Layer with iceberg lettuce, the cooked beef patty, crispy bacon, fried egg, crispy onions, and garlic dills.

Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into fries.

  2. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt to taste.
