Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Select ripe Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the vineyard in MT. Boucherie, ensuring they are free from rot and disease.

Crush the grapes to release their juice and pulp, using a wine press or your hands in a sanitized container.

Add yeast to the grape juice and mix well. Allow the mixture to ferment in a cool, dark place for about 7-10 days, stirring daily.

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the solids. Transfer the liquid to a clean fermentation vessel.

Dilute the wine with water and add sugar to achieve the desired sweetness. Mix well.

Add oak chips to the wine for flavor and let it age for at least 6 months in a cool, dark place.

Once aged, filter the wine and bottle it in sanitized glass bottles. Seal the bottles and store them horizontally in a cool, dark place.
