Begin by chilling a cocktail glass in the freezer or filling it with ice water.

In a mixing glass, pour in the 5 oz of black currant liqueur.

Add 2 dashes of tarragon bitters to the mixing glass.

Stir the mixture gently to combine the flavors.

Remove the ice from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
