Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Grüner Veltliner, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently to combine.

Add Mint
Lightly muddle the fresh mint leaves in the bottom of a glass to release their aroma, then add the mixed wine.

Pour the mixture over ice in a chilled wine glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
