Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to high heat. Place the seasoned steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick. Soak the fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 4

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Drain the soaked potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels. Fry the potatoes in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, and season with salt to taste.

House-made Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Mix the Sauce Ingredients

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth and set aside.
