Burger Patty

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Cheese and Onion Rings

Method

Prepare the Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. 1

    Sauté Spinach

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

  2. 2

    Blend the Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  3. 3

    Heat the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Prepare the Onion Rings

  1. 4

    Slice the Onion

Slice the large onion into thick rings.

  2. 5

    Coat the Onion Rings

In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Dip each onion ring first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  3. 6

    Fry the Onion Rings

In a deep pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded onion rings until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Cook the Burger Patty

  1. 7

    Form the Patties

In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into two equal-sized patties.

  2. 8

    Cook the Patties

Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium-high heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 9

    Melt the Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a cup of cheddar jack cheese on each patty and cover to let the cheese melt.

Assemble the Spin Art Burgers

  1. 10

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

  2. 11

    Build the Burger

Spread a generous amount of spinach artichoke dip on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cheese-topped burger patty on top, followed by crispy onion rings. Top with the other half of the bun.

  3. 12

    Serve

Serve the Spin Art Burgers immediately while hot and enjoy!
