Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a medium saucepan, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt them together over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Sugar and Eggs
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, large eggs, and egg yolks until light and fluffy.

Combine Mixtures
Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously to combine. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Add Flour
Sift the all-purpose flour over the chocolate mixture and fold gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
Serving

Cool and Serve
Remove the ramekins from the oven and let them cool for 1 minute. Carefully run a knife around the edges before inverting onto plates. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh berries.
