Bake Croutons
Spread the coated bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, tossing halfway through. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, anchovy paste, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped lettuce in a large salad bowl.

Add Cheese and Croutons
Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to the bowl with the romaine. Add the cooled croutons on top.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients and coat the lettuce evenly with the dressing.
