Preparation of Chicken Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized chunks and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Breading Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and set aside.

Frying the Chicken Wings
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).
- 5
Bread the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the breading mixture. Repeat until all chicken pieces are coated.
- 6
Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.
