Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pizza Dough

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Prepare the White Sauce

In a small bowl, mix the fermented garlic with olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful paste. Spread this mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese and Oregano

Sprinkle the shredded Fontina cheese evenly over the top of the dough. Then, sprinkle the dried oregano and grated Parmesan cheese over the cheese layer.

  4. 4

    Bake the Pizza

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve hot.
