Warm Brownie Sundae Ingredients

Method

Instructions

1

Prepare Brownies

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and water. Stir until well combined. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and bake according to package instructions, usually around 20-25 minutes.

2

Make Chocolate Ganache

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

3

Whip the Cream

In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and sugar using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. This will take about 3-5 minutes.

4

Assemble Sundae

Once the brownies are baked and slightly cooled, cut them into squares. Place a brownie square in a serving bowl, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, drizzle with warm chocolate ganache, and finish with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle shaved chocolate on top for garnish.
