Instructions

1

Prepare the Cake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3

Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.

4

Combine and Bake

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

5

Prepare the Milk Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk.

6

Soak the Cake

Once the cake is baked and slightly cooled, poke holes all over the top with a fork. Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in.

7

Chill

Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

8

Serve

Serve the cake topped with whipped cream, strawberry puree, and blueberries.
