Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Du Nord Prominence Gin, House Made Berry Shrub, and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the chilled glass and strain the mixture into the glass.

Top It Off
Add sparkling water to the glass to top off the drink and stir gently.
